Boot Camp Fitness — Week Five

Fitness expert Maureen Hagan demonstrates more sensational conditioning moves.

You will need: a low bench or step.

Maureen will demonstrate each exercise. You should repeat each exercise 15 times and perform three sets. Your workout should take about 45 minutes.

Week Five's exercises include: single leg dip squats, walking lunges, the superman lift, high knee lifts, pushups and ab hundreds.
