Boot Camp Fitness — Week Four
Fitness expert Maureen Hagan demonstrates seven intense total body conditioning moves.
You will need: a dumbbell (or a medicine ball or bag of sugar) and a low bench or step.
Maureen will demonstrate each exercise. You should repeat each exercise 10 to 15 times and perform three sets. Your workout should take half an hour to 45 minutes.
Week Four's exercises include: jump squats, backward stepping lunges with a reverse wood chop, the dead row with a tricep kickback, jumping jacks, the plank (alternating prone to side with straight legs), tricep pushups and oblique curl-ups.
