Boot Camp Fitness - Week One
Fitness expert Maureen Hagan demonstrates seven sensational total body conditioning moves.
You will need: two dumbbells (or two full 1-litre water bottles) and a step, stair or low bench.
Maureen will demonstrate each exercise. You should repeat each exercise 10 to 15 times and perform two or three sets. Your workout should take about half an hour.
Week One's exercises include: the endurance squat, power lunge, the dead lift, high knee lifts, the plank, pushups from the knee and the abdominal cycle.
